The NAACP Stockton Branch is thrilled to announce the return of our 2026 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. 10K/5K/2K Run/Walk — an inspiring community tradition for runners, walkers, families, and friends!
Join us as we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through movement, unity, and purpose. This annual Run/Walk invites participants of all ages and fitness levels to come together in celebration, reflection, and collective action.
Proceeds from the NAACP Stockton Branch Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Run/Walk directly support our Health Disparity and Mental Health Advocacy Programs, along with essential Branch operations. These initiatives are dedicated to reducing inequities in healthcare access,
promoting culturally responsive mental wellness education, and strengthening our community’s ability to advocate for justice, equality, and improved health outcomes.
Be part of a powerful experience that uplifts wellness, equity, and community connection. Let’s move forward together in the spirit of Dr. King’s enduring dream.

Oldest male to cross the finish line
Oldest female to cross the finish line
Medals are given to all children participating in the Kid's 1K Fun Run. These are the same as the adult finisher medals. The winner must be present to claim their award. Awards will not be mailed.
REGISTRATION FEES
1K Run/Walk - ages 9 & under - $15, race day $25 - does not include T-Shirt. Option to purchase during the registration process.
5K/10K -All ages
$50.00, race day $60.00
No Refunds or transfers allowed.
Fees include a swag bag, custom tech t-shirt, finisher medal, and wristbands. Pre and post-race refreshments for all 10K/5K/1K participants!
GROUP REGISTRATION
Family/team of groups of 5 or more that register at the same time under one payer will receive a bonus discount of 10% off per person.
